Join me in experiencing the endless benefits that yoga has to offer. Through a heart centered yoga practice, we get to know our Self better, practice loving kindness towards our Self and connect to our Oneness with each other and nature. The breath and the body are a gateway to creating this connection. No matter where you are at in your understanding, a beginner or seasoned practitioner, it is the perfect place and time to commit to your Self again.
I offer these yoga classes as a heart-centered practice of healing the mind, body and spirit through an emphasis on matching breath to slow, mindful movement. The practices include being loving and kind towards oneself in the process as well as chanting and mudras, pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (physical postures), yogic wisdom teachings & meditation.
